Hitesh has over 32 years of rich experience in Catalysis, chemical technology, research and new development. A nature and wildlife enthusiast at heart, he comes with deep expertise in research and development in the filed of catalyst manufacturing and development of catalytic processes.
Hitesh holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering from IIT Bombay and M.S. from Polytechnic University, Brooklyn, New York. Besides Neocat, Hitesh founded Procat LLP and lead Monarch Catalyst Pvt. Ltd., a leading player in catalytic solution. He played an instrumental role in its growth as the 2nd largest player in the ‘Oils and Fats‘ catalyst globally, made MONARCH the market leader in Raney Type Nickel Catalyst in India and made it a commendable competitor in the Precious metal catalyst field.
Priyanshi Vadalia
Research & Development
Priyanshi holds a BE in Chemical Engineering from BITS Goa.
After completing her Masters in Chemical Engineering from Delft University of Technology, Netherlands, Priyanshi founded CatOlyst Chemtech. She currently resides in the Netherlands and works independently as a research and development consultant.
