Hitesh Vadalia
Founder
Hitesh Vadalia brings over 32 years of extensive experience in catalysis, chemical technology, and research and development. A passionate nature and wildlife enthusiast, Hitesh has deep expertise in catalyst manufacturing and the development of catalytic processes. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering from IIT Bombay and an M.S. from Polytechnic University, Brooklyn, NY. As the founder of Neocat and Procat Tech LLP, and the former leader of Monarch Catalyst Pvt. Ltd., Hitesh was pivotal in establishing Monarch as a global leader in ‘Oils and Fats’ catalysts and India’s top producer of diverse range of Raney-type Nickel Catalysts as well as developed various Precious Metal Heterogeneous and Homogeneous catalyst for pharma and specialty chemical industry. Currently, Hitesh is actively working in a wide array of catalytic areas, including Fixed Bed Catalyst development, Zeolites, Super Acids, Mixed Metal Oxides, Nanomaterials, and Fuel Cells.
Rupal Vadalia
Director Commercial
Rupal Vadalia is a proficient Commercial Director having vast impact on smooth and efficient commercial operations leading to sustainable business growth. Her extensive experience encompasses a healthy vendor management, with a strong emphasis on strategic procurement. Rupal’s skill in crafting effective business strategies, human management and 'eye for detail' helped streamlining business operations which significantly contributed to boosting profitability and achieving organizational success. Rupal has made pivotal contributions in accounts and finance management.
Nitin Patil
Director Sales & Marketing
Nitin Patil brings a wealth of experience and unparalleled skills in both commercial and technical spheres, including R&D for the development of new catalysts and catalyst manufacturing processes. Nitin specializes in process development, encompassing the design and optimization of catalytic products and processes, as well as the formulation of business plans for specialty products such as pharmaceutical intermediates and agrochemicals. Nitin excels at aligning technical innovation with commercial strategy, advancing both customer success and sustainable growth for the company. Nitin's expertise in technical development and business planning positions him as a key driver of growth and success.
Priyanshi Vadalia
Director Research & Development
Priyanshi Vadalia earned her BE in Chemical Engineering from BITS Pillani, Goa; followed by a Master’s in Chemical Engineering from Delft University of Technology, Netherlands. With a strong foundation in advanced chemical engineering principles, she founded CatOlyst Chemtech, a company dedicated to innovative solutions in the CO2 capture for sustainable and circular economy. Priyanshi operates internationally, serving as an independent research and development consultant for clients in the Netherlands, where she focuses on cutting-edge projects that drive technological advancements in the field. Priyanshi is also taking care of the new innovations at Neocat with her dedicated R&D team.
Subhasish Deb
Director Operations
Subhasish Deb holds a B.Tech in Chemical Technology and brings 35 years of extensive experience in manufacturing, EHS, and regulatory affairs. Subhasish expertise spans a range of industries, from bulk chemicals such as acids and fertilizers to specialty chemicals, including various types of catalysts like Refinery FCC catalysts and base and precious metal catalysts. Subhasish adeptly manages both Production and EHS, demonstrating that safety enhances rather than hinders production. Subhasish's multifaceted skills, multi-product expertise and innovative thinking drive process improvements that are highly efficient, produce better products, and are inherently safe. He is also a certified Lead Auditor for ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and other standards.
Mangesh Pawar
Manager Technical Services
Mangesh Pawar is an experienced professional with 12 years of expertise in industrial research and development, proficient in delivering technical solutions and support, driving innovations in catalytic processes due to his deep knowledge and understanding of organic chemical reactions. Mangesh's expertise encompasses Nickel and precious metal-Heterogeneous as well as Homogeneous catalysts, catalytic hydrogenation reactions, and organic synthesis.
